Chefs throughout the Vail Valley have been cooking up delicious plans to make this Colorado Restaurant Week special.
Dining in Vail Village takes on a delicious twist during the fall harvest season! Vail Beaver Creek Restaurant Week is a chance for chefs all along the valley to show off their best new ideas for prix fixe specials. You can imagine the competition for bragging rights is getting as hot as their kitchens!
This year's Dining at Altitude event will feature participating restaurants throughout Vail and Beaver Creek Villages from September 25th through Sunday, October 4th, 2015.
The participating restaurants have all agreed to set the price point of these culinary masterpieces at just $20.15. The chefs are cooking up a wide variety of specials, and this is their chance to show off their best to their peers. You and your family will find something that suits everyone’s tastes during this festive week, and you may just discover a new favorite restaurant.
Late September and early October are breathtaking here in the valley. You can imagine the brilliant changing colors and the crisp feel of the air. It is the perfect time for hiking or just sightseeing. Once you have worked up an appetite exploring the area, Restaurant Week is here to satisfy you with culinary creations that match the majesty of Vail Valley.
We send out our congratulations and best wishes to all of the chefs and participating restaurants in this great event. This type of community spirit is one of the special things about Beaver Creek and the Vail Valley, and we hope you and your family have a great time enjoying these fine meals.
The Lodge & Spa at Cordillera has its own great dining experiences to tempt you: the award-winning restaurant, The Mirador and our Grouse on the Green pub. We offer the chance to relax and dine with magnificent, panoramic views of the Rockies. Just imagine sipping wine at our fireside table while enjoying the gorgeous vistas in the crisp autumn air.
